ご注文後のキャンセルは、発送手続き開始前に限り承ります。発送後のキャンセルはお受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

商品に破損・不良があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。写真をお送りいただいた上で、交換または返金対応いたします。

食品の性質上、お客様都合による返品・返金はお受けできません。

Orders may be cancelled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Due to the nature of food products, returns or refunds for customer preference reasons cannot be accepted.
